Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Yorlingo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 require parental consent.

Account Registration

You may create an account using:

  • Email and password
  • Sign in with Apple (which allows you to hide your email address)
  • Sign in with Google

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Yorlingo offers the following Premium subscription options:

Monthly Premium Subscription

  • Title: Yorlingo Premium Monthly
  • Duration: 1 month (auto-renews monthly)
  • Price: $1.99 USD per month
  • Benefits: Ad-free experience, up to 10 lives (instead of 5), exclusive tournaments, priority support

Yearly Premium Subscription

  • Title: Yorlingo Premium Yearly
  • Duration: 1 year (auto-renews yearly)
  • Price: $19.99 USD per year
  • Benefits: Ad-free experience, up to 10 lives (instead of 5), exclusive tournaments, priority support
  • Best Value: Save 16% compared to monthly

Payment and Renewal

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

In-App Purchases (Coins)

The App may offer virtual currency ("Coins") for purchase. Coins can be used to unlock content or features within the App. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, or exploit the App
  • Harass, bully, or abuse other users
  • Share inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other user accounts
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including lessons, quizzes, images, and text, is owned by ARA Management Group LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://yorlingo.app/privacy

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARA MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where ARA Management Group LLC is registered.
